SPECIAL EVENTS
HALLOWEEN PARADE
It's a long standing tradition at PREP for our boys and girls to dress in their favorite costume for our fall parade. Parents and grandparents line the sidewalks at First Christian Church as their favorite little cheerleader or Batman passes by.
THANKSGIVING FEAST
We celebrate Thanksgiving each year with our Pre-K and Kindergarten class by sharing a special meal and learning about the history of Thanksgiving.
THE GIVING TREE CHRISTMAS PROGRAM
Each Christmas, PREP students participate in our annual Christmas Program and Giving Tree celebration. Since 1980, our boys and girls have donated a toy to be given to children in foster care. This is our way of helping our students learn the importance of giving and the true meaning of Christmas. The boys and girls bring their gifts down the aisle in the Giving Tree Processional before singing for their families.
WESTERN DAYS
Each year PREP hosts a fabulous Western Day Program and a Bodacious Bar-B-Q lunch. The boys and girls in Rooms G, H & K perform a selection of western songs, dressed as their favorite cowboy, cowgirl, or Native American.
Western Day is held in the Disciple House at First Christian Church. Lunch is served at 11:00, with the program immediately following. Tickets can be purchased in the school office.
Rooms D & E also have a Western Day program on a different day with Western Day themed snacks and goodies.

EASTER CELEBRATIONS
Our Easter parties include a fun Easter egg hunt for the children! It is always a fun time of celebration and joy to have an Easter egg hunt with sweet friends.
PRE-K & KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION
Our Pre-K and Kindergarten classes participate in a graduation ceremony on our last day of school in May. Parents, grandparents and friends are invited!
